You can try Spyware Blaster. It works in the background to protect your
system from spyware being installed.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Hijacked Home Page

Almost every day my nice blank home page is hijacked and it seems to be
an indirect that shows up in the address bar and it ends up as
Microsoft. I have always preferred a blank home page to start out with
because of my dial up connection. I resent having someTHING take over my
home page without my permission.

Does anyone have knowledge of software that will block this entity from
going into my Registry and changing my home page?

I use ZA, AdAware, SpyBot and I just ran Ad Aware and found the culprit
again in my registry and Ad Aware did eliminate it( again). I am weary
of changing this all the time because even though Ad Aware takes it out
of the registry, some entity puts it back almost every day.I have to
keep going to Internet Options and changing it back to BLANK. I cannot
seem to find which site is doing this dreadful thing to me. Thanks.
