I have a computer that is a 350 amd and running windows 98 and I have lost my start menu. When I click on the start menu nothing pops up. Also the quick Launch is gone. the icons are still there in the system tray by the clock and start is still there,just no start menu or quick launch. I can right click in the taskbar area and bring up the task bar properties and go to my program folder and start things that way. I also have no address bar in internet explorer 6.0
