Two possibilities
1) Delete it and be aware that someone with Your address in
address book has virus infected computer.
2) 1 and complain to [log in to unmask] that they set
virus notification only when mail really originates from
    field domain or disable it.

Almost all viruses today use random addresses from addressbook
so From: or Replay-to: headers are fake.

I treat them almost like spam that means that filtered to special folder
and I read them only when there is not too many - today usual because
most administrators are turned notification off. Read them only to check
that if notification sends also original mail headers I can sometimes
detect who's computer is infected.
