Now I'm confused! I did a search of my computer and found 9
files.....almost all were titled Mozilla Firefox. Here's a link...
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ Doesn't this show that Mozilla
and Firefox are one and the same? Those 9 files I found were all document
files 4k and under. I tried to delete but they wouldn't. On the Add/Remove
page there is only a Mozilla icon.....no size is listed on the right. When
I try to uninstall I get a message that the uninstall file cannot be found.
My Downloads lists a firefoxsetup1.04.exe file. Double clicking on that
brings up the 7-zip Unspecified Error window. Some suggested that I make
sure that I am downloading the correct version for my system. I have XP. I
simply went to the link I gave you above and clicked the Download button. I
didn't see anything about a specific download for a specific operating
system. As far as disabling my virus protection (Norton) I have tried it
both ways. Any other things to try? I thank you for trying to help me.
