Thanks for the help George, however the whole problem is that I don't want
to use Outlook....I am using Outlook Express...Apparently if I recall,
Outlook Express is not a 'full mapi client'--which is something I do not
understand...

Thus, I am looking for an outside program to do the job...Any thoughts on
that ??
