Try this:
Open any folder and resize it to about a half screen.
Select View\Details.
You'll find that clicking on the title of each column toggles a reversible
sort process.
Click on 'Name' at the top of the Name column until that column is correct.
Click View\List and the folders should be back into the correct sequence.
