Hello

I have a LAN, with 2 win98se machines, using ICS, on a dialup internet connection, 56k modem.

After visiting Microsofts's Corporate Updates site for maual downloads I am having problems determining which downloads to install, and which one don't apply.

I have a copy of the current updates that are installed on both machines, but the names of them differ slightly. How do I determine which ones to download.

The reason I want to do this is to be able to reload updates on these machines after a reformat and reinstall of windows 98se. This would save not just minutes but a number of hours, since some of the downloads on a dialup are very slow to download.

If there are any suggestions please feel free to reply.

Thanks
