I have a computer that every now and then after boot the desktop icons
flash. NAV 2002 is loaded and dat files are up to date. Scan shows no virii.
I am at a loss here. I'm thinking that it may be heat (box is in a small
encloseure in a desk) or power flucuations. Help!
