I'm using a Gateway computer with Windows ME on it, while I'm dog sitting for
a few days. This is not my computer, so I'm a little unsure of what is
'normal'. But, I've used it before and never seen this: An "Accessories" bar
has shown up across the top that has icons for each item in the accessories
folder. It won't go away, even with rebooting. There is no menu for it, nor
are there minimize/maximize/exit boxes over on the right, so I can't just
close it. (I can't even move it off the screen. I suspect I did something to
make it appear, but I've never had this happen on my Windows 98 OS. She has
Norton and Zone Alarm running on it.
