Greetings,

I used AltaVista a long time ago. The quality of service got worse and worse and I had to give up on
them. I think Doubleclick had much to do with it.

More recently I've used Lycos-mail and Postmark.
It appears the same kind of thing is happening
to them.

Can anyone recommend a good browser-mail provider?
I don't mind paying, say, $20/yr, but I'd need to
determine that the service was adequate before
coughing up any $. Don't need a lot of bells and
whistles, just dependable (and responsive) basic
service.
