Thanks all for your responses to the above-referenced problem. I've passed
them along but the complainant appearently doesn't have the whole five
minutes it would take to confirm what's at fault and correct it. It seems
I'll have to do so when I return to the office next week. Put a soldiering
iron and schematics in front of this gentleman and he's at home; put a
kyeboard & screen in front of him and he's lost.
