I did not see a response to your query, so I will try. Kernel32 is the core
of the operating system. What this message says is that USER.EXE somehow
caused your Windows XP to crash! Of course, this is not supposed to happen,
is it? If this happened only once, it could be a transient problem (a
voltage spike). If you find that it happens repeatedly, then there could be
a problem with the USER.EXE file, or problems on the hard disk. Run CHKDSK
/F to correct any possible disk problems. Good luck.
