Ian,
Look in the Device Manager make sure there are no conflicts, then look
under System Devices and look at each device's setting. Even though there
may be a conflict it does not show up with a yellow or red flag in this
area.
.
Next place to look is the video card. Make sure you have the most recent
drivers. If this does not work then pull back on the color settings. You
may want pull down on the refresh rate also.
If you are still having problems then you a can try a new video card.
Still having problems ? then try swapping the memory.
