lines starting "rem Tshoot..." are specifically ones disabled by the windows
"system configuration utility", msconfig.exe. If you run this program and go
to the startup tab, you should see the relevant autoexec lines with clear
checkboxes.

If you are sure you don't ever want those autoexec lines restored, delete
them from the autoexec.bat. If you just want to stop them displaying during
bootup, edit autoexec.bat and add a new first line
