Everytime I open my Outlook 2003 I get a message"  Microsoft Office Outlook
SMA
Add-In requires Office Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1"

I went to the Microsoft site and downloaded that and when I clicked on it to
run it - now called oxpsp1 - I got this message "ospsp1 is not a valid win32
application."

Now what can I do?
