Hi folks,

I have a user who has started to have problems with her documents.
On those documents that have already been created, if she opens it up
again, it opens with all kinds of formatting, I assume, information
showing.  It also prints.  Some of the information looks like this:

RootEntry
CompObj
WordDocument
ObjectPool
ormation
MS Word 6.0 Document
Word.Document.6
Summary Information

This stuff shows up randomly throughout the document, and seems to
be in every document I open, including in documents that were
created on a different computer.  It does not occur in new documents.

I have deleted the normal.dot, and reinstalled Office '97 on this
machine.  What should I try next?  Thanks for your help.
