I'm not particularly clear on your question but, I
think you're asking how do you stop your internet
connection from timing out.

Use the autodialer from IE6 and configure IE to dial
whenever a conenction is not present.

Or, set Outlook or whatever your POP mail client (not
a web-hosted client) is to check mail every 10 minutes
and leave this app minimized at all times.
