Lewis Emerson's post :---

<<<< Can someone tell the meaning of a small black outlined square in the upper left
hand corner of the screen that appears when I try to pull up a web page? Within
the small square are three smaller objects: a small red square, a small green
circle, and a small blue triangle. That's all that the page has, and is not at
all what I expected. I've tried clicking on the black square and tried
refreshing the screen, but nothing seems to work. Is this an unusual problem?
Many thanks >>>>

From the "Header" of your post and also " That's all that the page has" I assume that the web page you are accessing has ONLY picture(s)/ graphics and also that your browser is IE,and your o/s is win xp sp2, and if I am correct in my assumption then there has been a recent hread on this.

I would refer you to Dianne's post of 30/08/05 at 14:24:29-0400 under heading "Graphics being blocked -Outgoing".

HTH and good luck-----Venkat Viswanathan
