Good point Toomas... and if you have broadband you can set it even less.
Also, in Internet Options \ Advanced tab under Security, you can check the
box by "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed",
though I'm not sure when/if it does. The best way would be to do a "Disk
Cleanup" on the system drive.
