No. The BCC fields should be never appear has header
so for server there is nothing to strip.
Mail client like OE give command(s)  to mail server to whom
send e-mail collected addresses from To: CC: and BCC:
fields. BCC: should not appear in message. Most ISP
mailservers don't changes headers except some today
force client username if From: is missing.
