Hi Marlene,
        Thanks for the quick reply... I found the same article, but it did
not work, we even deleted the "nsreg.dat" file, which forces you to
create a brand new profile, but still have the original problem.
        When I installed the new version of Netscape, I backed up their
bookmarks and address book and un-installed the previous version of
Netscape first.
