Since you made a comment about other people's posts, that leaves you open
and
exposed for a return shot <evil grin>.

Lotus Notes can USE a pcx file, but can not CREATE a pcx file.

Nich's question asked about what application GENERATES (ie creates) pcx
files.
you did not answer his question either.

And there were several of us who DID answer his question.  It is a file
format developed by Zsoft, Inc. in 1984 for their DOS based program, PC
Paintbrush.    There are many high level graphics programs that can still
save in this format.  Paint Shop Pro and Graphics WorkShop are two
examples.
