Go to Tools, Templates and Add-Ins, and then select the Organizer button.
Within the Organizer, press the Autotext tab. On one side, you should see
the Normal.dot template's autotext entries. Assuming that you saved your
autotext in the Normal template, you will see a list of your entries here.
To save you entries, you may do one of two things...

1. Use the Organizer to copy all of your Autotext entries to another
template -You can create your own template by opening a blank document,
going to File, Save As, and for File Type selecting Document Template. After
the reinstall, copy back the entries using the Organizer once again. If you
are not familiar with the Organizer then perhaps the next option would be
easier to implement.

Or...

2. You could simply copy the Normal.dot template. Reinstall. Then replace
the empty Normal.dot with the backup Normal.dot file with your autotext
entries. The normal template is located at c;\program files\microsoft
office\templates
by default unless you moved it to another location.

Sincerely,
Fatima Bernardo

Subject: [PCSOFT] AutoText Entries in MS Word

Hello,
I have created a number of AutoText and AutoCorrect entries in MS Word in my
computer at home. I wish to have the same available to me on my office
computer. Which file/s should I transfer?
Thanks in advance
Regards,
