I understand that many are of that impression. However my iPhoto software came with my HP printer back in 1999. I had a Compaq computer and I loaded the software on that computer. I have since loaded the same software on all of my Dell computers, total number of 7, since then. I have always been able to use the software on my NON APPLE computers. I have NEVER owned an APPLE computer.
It is only since I got Windows 7 PRO with a 64 bit rather then the 32 bit that I cannot use the software anymore. Hence my post.
This site does not allow graphics or I would post a picture of the software pkg.

iPhoto is an Apple program for Apple products. It does not run on
Windows machines. You would need to have an Apple product (ie: Mac or
iOS device.)
