Personally, I wouldn't try to install ME over SE. I think it's a mistake attempting to change your
operating system in this manner, even if it is possible - which is likely. I would do a clean
install of ME and scrap your current configuration.

I've been running ME for a over a year, and I'm happy with it. I'm curious why so many, like Ian,
seem to dislike it. Win ME is little more than Win 98 with a few bells and whistles, no? hth
