There is a small utility whose filename is "cvt.exe" that will convert the drive
to FAT32 quite nicely.  The only requirement is that the hardisk be defragged
before it is run and that it have no bad spots.  I backed up all my data
files(just in case before I ran it) and had no problems(I did defrag the drive
after conversion which took about 1.5 hours).  The system booted normally and
what a gain in disk space.  If either of you would like this small utility - it
is only 150K - I would be more than happy to send it via off list email so you
may experiment or use it.
