Siva,

One way to find these is to go to a search engine (such as http://www.yahoo.com,
or http://www.excite.com) and type in:
"free web hosting"
and see what it brings up for you.

Some that I'm aware of:
http://www.geocities.com
http://www.tripod.com (supports Frontpage extensions)
http://www.xoom.com
http://www.talkcity.com
http://www.hypermart.com (offers free hosting for business related sites, ie: home business)
http://www.webjump.com

These all have different features, such as chat pages, free e-mail addresses, limited
drive space for web site, free web graphics, etc.
