Hi All,
I installed a foreign language in Windows 95B OSR2 per
instructions in Peter Norton's Complete Guide to Windows 95,
1998 Edition. However, and I was very surprised about this,
there was no information (at least I could not find it in
the Index nor in any page even remotely related to the use
of a foreign language) on how to key in the characters!
I know how to use ASCII to insert such basics as ä, ö,
etc. but not all of the characters in foreign languages. In
the Estonian language, for example, there is a letter o that
has a tilde over it, which is not an ASCII character.
Does anyone know where I can information on how to key
in the foreign characters in Outlook Express e-mail in
Windows 95B after a foreign language has been installed?
