I can't help you with a work around but I did the w98 install over w95 with pub97
already installed in w95. Since reading you letter I tried pub97 and it seems to
work. My installed msvcrt40.dll is listed as 64Kb and dated 6/14/96. If you
want to ask about any other files write in email. Maybe we can run this down.
