I too have noticed that a folder on the desktop, or even the desktop
itself does not always "act" like a normal folder. In some NEW 32
bit programs, when browsing, the desktop is not always at the "top"
and also may not be in the Windows folder either... I can't figure that out...
But there is an easy answer to what you want to do.
Make a regular folder on your "C" drive. Put a shortcut to that on your desktop.
This might also be a chance to make it on "D" (if it is a hard drive) and get
stuff off of "C" if you need to...
Put another shortcut to "that" folder in your "send to" folder...
I also have about 15 shortcuts to programs in my "send to".
You DO have to be careful to send files to a program that understands
them, if you try this... Hope this helps. Rick Glazier
