Hi Philippe,
This seems like a settings issue (not a problem) with Tweak UI, one of the
items in Powertoys. If so,
go to Control Panel, and you'll find the "Tweak UI" icon there. Double
click on it. And then go to "Network".
Here you might like to uncheck everything; or you may like to check "Log on
automatically at system startup" and fill in your user name and password
for Win95.
If you "logon automatically...", please remember that other users on your
system may be able to get your Win95 password.
If you uncheck everything in Tweak UI's "network", you wouldn't get the
logon screen.
