  In BIOS does" Legacy USB Support:" Disabled , mean that my USB port is Disabled. I can't get my Kodak picture transfer to work.  On boot I get three errors.
1. Error starting Program, MSVCP60.DLL File is linked to missing export     MSVCRT.DLL:_ lc_collate_cp

 2. Could not load the target dll("C:\Program files\kodak\KODAK Software Updater\7288971L\Program\backWeb.dll",error code 31

3. C:\Program Filies\Files\Kodak\KODAK Picture Transfer Software\pts.exe   a device attached to the system is not functioning
