You can still install the win95 send to any folder power toy.  Some people
lose the send to desktop command though when they install it.  There is a
fix for that; it's on a lot of the tweaking Win98 info sites.

There is a neat little free  program called File Targets that lets you set
up send to folders or lets you send to anyplace.  You can find it at
http://www.moonsoftware.com/ .  Look under Free Software.
