Hi, 
     I have the same problem as Leigh Sasser does with IE error messages. Only mine started after I did microsoft critical updates. The error details explain the following:App name: iexplore.exe, AppVer:  6.0.2800.1106, Mod Name: msvcrt.dll, & Mod Ver: 6.1.8293.0 offset:0001.54a7. 
     I have removed IE & the critical updates that I could find &  then re installed IE 6 SP1 & I STILL get these error messages. Please help....it is driving me crazy not being able to surf.
    I have learned so much from PCSoft & just wanted to say thank you & I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks, Bernice
