Windows XP's Restore function suffices for me.

GoBack is not compatible with Raid, requires special handling for multi 
boot systems, and when reverting to a safe point wipes out everything on 
the hard drive since then - even the good stuff one might want to 
retain. Also, it has some history of incompatibility with Ghost.

Window's Restore is more selective in which files it replaces.

Just my opinion.

BTW   I use Ghost 2003. I've never had a reason to upgrade to a newer 
version.
