Hi All,
   The past two days I have been unable to log onto my ISP (NetZero).
Today I got this Error message:

Windows
An exception OE has occured at 0028:C02B1AFB in VxD NDIS(04) + 00009DE7.
This was called from 0028:C224D1FB in VxD PPPMAC(04) + 0001A15F. It may
be possible to continue normally.

    I am in no way, shape, or form a programmer, so this is greek to me.
What does it mean and how do I fix it? My os is win 95b, running on a
486dx4-100 with 16 megs of ram. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA
