I'm trying to associate file type jpg to PSP 7 but when I go to Windows
Explorer and use folder options and file types as shown in the help files
how to do it it won't open the file with this program as default. In fact
it won't open at all. It shows the default icon as a Window icon.  Can
anyone help me? I'm using  Windows 98 first edition.
