Subject: Uppercase/lowercase

Could anyone tell me if there is a way to convert in Word or Publisher a
document that was written in all cap letters to lower case letters? Or
am I going to have to do it the hard way and retype all of it?
Thanks for your help in advance.

In Word 2000 first highlight the text to be changed then go to 'Format' 'Change Case' and click on "Sentence case' then click 'OK'. I don't know of a way in Publisher except possibly copying it to Word, making the above changes and then copying it back to Publisher.
