Marilyn,

While you are in display settings increase COLORS to as high as it will go.
This will 'unlock' the bar.

Subject: [PCSOFT] screen setting


To  whom it may concern, I was wondering if you could help me with a
problem. I had windowxp put on my pc and now my picture is to big for my
screen, I have gone into settings and display to fix it but the bar that you
move is locked.
