Premiere 4.2 has been crashing whenever (it seems) it is doing a memory
intensive activity.   Sometimes upon opening a large file, scrubbing,
previewing, etc.  I don't know what to do.

I am operating in NT4.0(SP3).  400mhzPII, 256megs, 13gig SCSI UW HDs and
Miro DC30+.

Any ideas would be very appreciated.  Based on the past feedback of
Premiere 5.0, I don't want to upgrade yet - but will if it will fix
these problems.
