A DVD will open and run a few moments then a error report shows up:  You TV outport is unabled, it needs to be enabled.  I went to MY COMPUTER then to MANAGE and then to DEVISE MANAGER.  I found the ENABLE/UNABLE section but couldn't open it to enable my computers TV  Outport.
