Dave,
        I don't think the Small Business edition of MS Office comes with
the shortcut bar. If you are using Windows 98, the Quick Launch
bar can be set up the same way as the Office Shortcut bar, just
drag it to the top of your screen, and then drag any shortcuts
you want onto the bar. It works much better than the shortcut
bar.
        If you're not using Windows 98, there are many freeware programs
that are close to the shortcut bar. My favorite is called PBar. I
think I downloaded it from http://www.completelyfreesoftware.com
(lots of good freeware there) You can also find Pbar at
http://homepages.enterprise.net/quinton/
