Becky: I think we can safely assume you are trying to install Firefox. I
won't go into the intricacies of why there are two browsers with similar
names but be aware there are two separate browsers Monzilla 1.7 commonly
referred to as Monzilla, and Firefox 1.4 commonly referred to as Fire
Fox but but also as Monzilla's Fire Fox.
What I suggest you do is:
1. Find those nine folders again and DELETE everyone of them. Not just
the contents but the folders themselves. Do this by using Windows
Explorer (WIN KEY+E) and, and highlighting each Monzilla folder as you
find them, then right click on the folder to highlight it and use the
delete command open the file menu (top left) to delete the folder.

You could alternately use the search command on the start menu (Start.
search/files /Monzilla) and delete all the files that come up.

3. If you have Reg Cleaner you should run it at this point, if not
forget it we don't want to create unnecessary complications.
4. Now go to

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html

and look for Fire Fix 1.4 Windows Version. (If you are using some flavor
of Linux then you'll need the version for that flavor).

5. Download Fire Fix 1.4 to your desktop. (The instructions should be on
the page above) (I don't normally recommend downloading to your desktop
but we're trying to keep this simple.)

6. After disconnecting from the WWW, see if the download will install.
Someone suggested you turn off your anti virus, again not something I'd
normally recommend but if you are running some flavor of Norton s then
this might be essential. (Norton s has a nasty habit of messing up some
systems, it is not an antivirus I want I my machine.)

Let us know what happens.

Good luck,

Richard Innes
