        I delivered a computer this morning to a 79 year old lady who has
never touched a computer before. After working with her for a few
hours, it's obvious that she is going to have trouble with the three
steps involved in shutting down her computer.
        Can I make a shortcut to go on the Win98 Quick Launch toolbar that
will shut down her computer with one click?  How?
