Mary, By military time I assume you mean 24-hour clock?

There's a freeware program TClockEx that allows you to customise what's
displayed in the clock area. I currently have it displaying the day of the
week, the date, hours minutes and seconds. With a format string of "hh:mm
HH:mm" you could certainly have 12 and 24 hour clocks.

According to my version the homepage is http://users.iafrica.com/d/da/dalen
.
