Such a program would have to be able to run flawlessly on a system where
the OS and even the hardware might be failing. A complete working solution
to this problem would be nothing less than a miracle.
There *are* programs which can diagnose, and sometimes fix, a range of
problems each limited to some very specific parts of the system, but there's
no cure-all.
