Latest is Wimanp 3 and .wal is Wimanp3 skins. These skins are compleatly
different
from previous winamp skins as are zipped .xml and .png files. You cant use
them in
winamp 2.x. So download winamp2 (.wsz) skins or try winamp3. Basically i like
it but
by some reason there is some white or lightly blue noise  when it plays.
