Jim,
I run WinME and the 'send to' option is available with a right click ( provided something is selected that can
be 'sent to' - I don't know if there's anything that can't be sent ). I wonder if the actual 'send to' folder
has been hidden or worse, deleted. If it was deleted, I can't help, but if it's just hidden, you could un-hide
it while in windows explorer by going to 'tools / folder options / view tab, then scroll to 'Hidden files and
folders' and ensure 'show hidden files and folders' is selected - then 'apply'. If it was hidden, you can
permanently un-hide it by navigating to it, right click it, and ensure the hidden attribute is un-selected.
Other possible causes may be registry-related, for which I can't advise, or perhaps a drive designation for
the location of the folder is incorrect. Whatever the problem, the send to option works the same way in WinME
as 95, 98, etc, so placing a shortcut in the folder should give you the option to send something to it. I hope
this is of some help. Cheers,
Al Thompson
