This is clarify my earlier question:  At the end of the startup of Win95, I
get a small window with the title:  Error Starting Program
and in the box it says:
The Setup.exe file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtOpenEvent

Then, there is another window that has this in the title bar:
G:\windows\system32\setup.exe
And inside this one says,
A device attaced to the system is not functioning.

This is a dual boot system coming up in Windows 95 (it can come up in NT
server)
and there are 4 logical IDE partitions, 4 logical SCSI partitions and a CD rom
(K:).
