Hi Mike, do you use Easy Cleaner by chance? If so that is a known problem
with Easy Cleaner. You need to restore a back up from the Easy Cleaner
folder, then add Help in the ignore box. If this isn't what you use then I
am useless to you.

When I try to access the help program from the start menu  in Windows ME I
get the following: The page cannot be displayed & Cannot find server or DNS
Error Internet Explorer. Anybody know how to fix this? No error number is
given.
